300g (10.6oz) portion in each pack, perfect serving size for 2 people

Skin-Off center-cut loin, fresh, never frozen from Iceland
 

Cook time: 4-5 minutes each side on medium heat, or 15 minutes in the oven at 375. A perfect medium-well finish. Be careful not to overcook, or flesh can become rubbery!

LOVE this cod

The title of this review says it all. The flavor is delish, the sections just slide apart and slide right on to my fork. Can’t wait to have the second package tomorrow night. YUM!
