    Pastrami flavor is fire!

    I love how strong the pastrami flavor comes through the fish. It’s such a unique combination of flavors that I’ve never tried before and adds so much to a meal.

    Bold and Deeply Fatty

    The pastrami seasoning is sharp and strong and pairs extremely well with the intensity and incredible fattiness of the salmon. It’s deeply savory and salty, not excessively so. And like their other cold smoked salmons highly saturated it the fish’s beautiful oil.

    Pastrami Salmon

    This is the second time I purchased this fish. It is really delicious. Wonderful spice mix that complements the flavor of the salmon without overpowering it.

    BEST EVER

    OMG - this is by far the best smoked salmon I've ever had. The pastrami seasonings are not overpowering, just the perfect compliment to the perfect dish. I served it on marble rye with cream cheese & cucumbers. FANTASTIC!!!
