    Bold Flavor, Pleasing Texture

    This mackerel has a wonderfully sharp, bold flavor. It’s also very salty—not excessively so—which complements the intensity of the flavor well. It’s only moderately juicy, which suits it well. If you wish for more moisture, drizzling some olive oil helps a big deal and suddenly renders it into something rather juicy, as if it was all along. It’s dense and firm, but you can still sense a pleasing flakiness to the flesh. Attached photo is of a single order: one large fillet, one tiny fillet.
