    Good flavor, poor packing process

    This is a fairly high intensity, moderately low oil, pleasingly firm salmon. The packaging process is the primary downside: it is packed too tightly, so it is difficult to separate the slices without damaging/breaking up some of them.

    Too fishy

    There's a taste to this Nova Lox that I did not like, it was definitely much fishier than I anticipated. I do love the raw salmon though

    Our favorite smoked salmon!

    This is our family's favorite smoked salmon. It is fatty in the best way and so satisfying. A smoked salmon tartine with this salmon for breakfast will keep you full for hours! My only suggestion would be to please offer it in a larger package like you used to.
