We only source our pork from farmers that do things the right way.

Plenty of outdoor space, all natural vegetarian diets that never include antibiotics, hormones, or growth supplements.

The result is the best tasting, healthiest piece of pork you can find.

What's the difference from Duroc and other pigs?

There are at least one hundred breeds of pigs in the world. But only few have the flavor profiles consistent with the best tasting products that we source.

Kurobuta, Duroc, and Iberian are just a few breeds of pork we carry.

Can I get it fresh, not frozen?

This product will always deliver frozen!
