Step 1 - KEEP SUSHI FROZEN
Remove plastic wrap. Ensure each piece of sushi is within its slotted designation on tray.

Pour ROOM TEMPERATURE water to inside line (100mL) of the smaller tray.

Step 3
Tear open and discard aluminum pouch. Gently place heating element into water.
CAUTION! This will generate hot steam!

Step 4 - KEEP SUSHI FROZEN
Quickly place frozen sushi tray on top of heating container. Press each corner until they click closed.

Wait approx. 18 minutes. Use included brush and soy sauce to coat your sushi to your liking. Enjoy real Japanese premium sushi, the rice is delicately warmed and the fish is perfectly thawed—just as a sushi chef would serve it in Japan.
