When cutting Bluefin Tuna, there can be large variance in weight from piece to piece.
We offer 2 sizes that average 14oz or 20oz per piece.

Saku block is boneless and skinless.

Grading

This tuna has not been graded since it is produced in mass quantities to keep prices low. Ungraded tuna does not indicate lesser quality, just a different purpose.

Certification

The International Seafood Sustainability Foundation (ISSF) has determined that although fish stocks of Southern Bluefin Tuna are low, it is not currently being overfished due to the strict regulations being enforced.
