Everything was perfect and delicious! From the ease of ordering and selecting my preferred shipping date to contacting customer service to move the delivery up by a day the week of, the entire experience was seamless and incredibly accommodating.
The fish itself was excellent quality and was the perfect addition to a sushi cake I made for my husband, which he specifically requested for his birthday! Since we don’t have access to sushi-grade fish locally, I was so happy to come across Nordic Catch. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
Delivery is like clockwork dependable
Frozen and last 3 days in a freezer. Allows me to time my prep and cold smoke Sunday to Tuesday. Fish is handsome as always. Tastes great. What else can one ask for???

One thing we really appreciate is how well everything is packaged. The salmon arrives in an insulated bag with ice packs, keeping it fresh and cool for hours if needed after delivery.
The quality is consistently excellent, and it has become our go-to salmon for homemade poké. Fresh, convenient, and delivered right to our door.
Great fish. Arrived as requested on Thursday with plenty of dry ice. Thawed and prepared for 48 hr salt plus other special ingredients cure Monday.
Cold smoked Thursday 7.5 hours. So the Icelandic salmon is my first from that region. It is oily relative so a Chlian salmon but tastes very good. With my guests we will refine that evaluation but I am certain it will be a hit

Decided it was a good time for Hamachi and looked online to find it here. Overnighted, unfrozen and beautiful. Got both cuts and everybody was loving it. Added some Serrano and kumquat to a few different ponzu sauces. 4 pounds over fed about 8-10 people

We tried the Norwegian trout from Nordic Catch for the first time and really enjoyed it. It has a slightly firmer texture and a nuttier, cleaner taste compared to the Icelandic salmon. We had it with our poké, and it made for a refreshing, different culinary experience.
The salmon was amazing. Beautiful color, texture and taste. We have tried a number of online sushi grade fish companies, and this was the among the best sushi grade salmon we have had at a price tag that is reasonable for the quality. We enjoyed it both for poke night and sushi night. Highly recommend it!
My original order placed with Nordic Catch was scheduled to arrive within a 2 day window, UPS dropped the ball with a sortation error as they called it - I reached out to N. C. and they in turn contacted UPS and requested a Saturday delivery - UPS do not deliver - 2 days later my shipment arrived - that's a 4 day delivery with perishable products thawed. I contacted N. C. and they took care of the rest (a representative from Nordic Catch was always in contact - 24/7) - filed a claim with UPS and sent out a replacement order immediately! Nordic Catch has customer service second to NONE! When you shop here, you have no "worries!" The tuna was excellent! The salmon was equally as good! In the past I have tried other companies to find fish for sushi/sashimi without the best of luck - now I have a "go to" source for the best! Thanks, Nordic Catch!
So good!! We ordered for Easter dinner and it was the perfect choice. My personal fave was the tuna which we did 2 ways. Sashimi and Crust Seared!! My friends LOVED the fatty salmon sashimi style….and they always complain about salmon never being good. Our knife cuts were atrocious to say the least 😆 but it didn’t take away from the flavor and freshness. We’re already planning our next order.
Not the best photo of my home made Sushi box...But the fish and the service from Nordic Catch was the best in the business. In Eastern Washington we don't have the luxury of going to the fish market and I have to say the fish we received was better than most fish markets on the coast. Luis called me twice and made sure my shipment was going to get there when I needed it. It made sushi night for my wife's birthday one for the books..

WOW! Incredible Otoro! The marbling was beautiful, with that perfect balance of buttery richness and clean ocean flavor. It practically melted in my mouth. It was smooth, delicate, and unbelievable quality. The texture was silky and luxurious, exactly what you hope for.

Absolutely phenomenal Otoro. The marbling was gorgeous! The delicate, even ribbons of fat that gave each slice that signature buttery richness. It was silky, luxurious, and truly melted in my mouth with a clean, fresh finish. You can immediately tell this is premium quality tuna.
We enjoyed it both as sashimi and lightly seared, and the searing took it to another level. A quick kiss of heat from a torch caramelized the outside just enough to enhance the natural sweetness while keeping the center perfectly tender and melt-in-your-mouth. The contrast in texture was incredible.

We make our poké with fresh Nordic Catch salmon, green onions, lemon, avocado, cucumbers, mango, edamame, pickled ginger, and seaweed salad. The combination of fresh, colorful ingredients makes this dish so delicious and satisfying.

Outstanding New York Strip! Beautiful marbling, deep rich color, and incredibly fresh. It cooked up perfectly with a gorgeous crust on the outside while staying tender and juicy inside. The flavor was bold, beefy, and clean . This is exactly what I wanted from a premium steak.

Ordered the Santa Barbra premium uni and wow did it exceed my expectations. Sweet, buttery, and perfectly creamy. The uni melted in my mouth, and the nori added the perfect contrast. Definitely will be buying again
This ribeye had beautiful, even marbling and great flavor. We gave it a quick cast-iron sear, and it came out perfect. Everyone was raving about the seafood and meat. The customer service was just as impressive. I couldn't be happier with this purchase!
