Nordic Catch ships perishable and non-perishable orders throughout the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates and free-shipping thresholds are based on your order subtotal after discounts.

Ground Shipping

California, Nevada, Arizona and Utah

Under $50: $34.95

$50–$118.99: $21.95

$119+: FREE

Expedited Shipping

All other contiguous U.S. states

Under $110: $69

$110–$218.99: $49

$219+: FREE

Non-Contiguous U.S.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. territories

Under $300: UPS rate at checkout

Hawaii $300+: $29.95 flat rate

Others $300+: $39.95 flat rate

Ground Shipping

  • Orders ship Monday through Thursday*.
  • Most orders arrive 1–2 days after shipment.
  • Order by 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time for same-day processing.
  • Orders under $50 receive the small-order shipping rate of $34.95.
  • Orders from $50 through $118.99 ship for $21.95.
  • Orders of $119 or more ship free.
  • Saturday delivery is not included with Standard Ground Shipping.
  • Priority Shipping upgrades, including Saturday delivery, are available at checkout.

*Ground-service availability varies by ZIP code. If the carrier does not provide Saturday service in your area, your order may ship after the weekend.

Expedited Shipping

All Other Contiguous U.S. States

  • Orders ship Monday through Wednesday.
  • Transit time is typically 1–2 days after shipment.
  • Orders under $110 receive the small-order shipping rate of $69.
  • Orders from $110 through $218.99 ship for $49.
  • Orders of $219 or more ship free.
  • Saturday delivery is not included with the standard expedited rate.
  • Overnight Shipping upgrades, including Saturday delivery, are available at checkout.

Alaska, Hawaii and Other Non-Contiguous Destinations

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or another non-contiguous U.S. destination require longer transit times and additional packaging materials.

  • Orders under $300 receive a UPS-calculated shipping rate at checkout.
  • Orders to Hawaii of $300 or more receive a flat shipping rate of $29.95.
  • Orders to other destinations of $300 or more receive a flat shipping rate of $39.95.

How Perishable Orders Are Packed

All perishable products are packed in an insulated shipping box with cold packs, dry ice, or a combination of both. The amount and type of coolant are selected based on the products, destination, weather, and expected transit time.

Dry ice may be fully sublimated when your order arrives.

This does not automatically mean the products are unsafe. Products should arrive cold, partially frozen, or frozen depending on the item and selected shipping method. Refrigerate or freeze all perishable products immediately after delivery.

Transit Times and Carrier Delays

Perishable orders are scheduled to arrive within 1–2 days from the time they are shipped. Delivery dates are based on the carrier’s expected transit time and may be affected by weather, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside Nordic Catch’s control.

If your order is delayed beyond two days from the date it was shipped, please contact us. We will review the shipment, file a carrier claim when appropriate, and arrange a replacement if the delay resulted in product spoilage.

Customer-requested delivery changes that cause or extend a delay are not eligible for a refund or replacement. This includes rerouting a shipment, changing the delivery address, placing a delivery hold, or requesting delivery on a later date after the order has shipped.

Perishable Product Refunds and Replacements

All perishable products are final sale. A perishable order may qualify for a refund or replacement when a carrier delay results in the product arriving spoiled or otherwise unsafe to consume.

Please review our Refund Policy for complete claim requirements and instructions. Shipping delays alone do not automatically qualify an order for a refund when the products arrive in safe condition.

Non-Perishable Orders

Non-perishable products ship according to the shipping method selected at checkout. Free Economy Shipping is available on most qualifying non-perishable orders of $59 or more. Faster shipping options may be available for an additional fee.

Available shipping methods, delivery dates, and final rates are displayed at checkout based on the delivery address, order contents, and order subtotal after discounts.
