All perishable products will ship in an insulated box with plenty of cold packs and/or dry ice to keep your product safe and cool throughout its journey to you! You can review our current shipping rates in our Shipping Info page.
We ensure that all perishable orders arrive within 1-2 days from the time they are shipped. Any delays by the shipping courier are out of our control! Should your order be delayed beyond 2 days from the time of shipping, please reach out to us so we can file a claim and if needed, send a replacement order to you. Changes to your delivery after your order has been shipped that results in a delay in transit will NOT be eligible for a refund. Example: re-routing your delivery to a different address.
Perishable items are final sale and only eligible for a refund or replacement if your shipment was delayed by the courier and resulted in spoilage of your product. You may review our Refunds Policy page for more information about filing a claim for any order.
All non-perishable items will ship according to the shipping method selected at checkout. Free economy shipping is offered on most non-perishable items and order values over $59. Premium shipping options are available for an additional fee.
