Certified Humane is a registered nonprofit certification organization that has strict standards that all producers must meet to be certified.

Their program ensures that animals are never kept in cages, crates, or tie stalls, and are fed a quality feed without antibiotics or growth hormones!

Can I get it fresh, not frozen?

Unfortunately no! Like all other suppliers of lamb, it will always arrive to us frozen!
