Subscription options are in weekly intervals (1, 2, 3, 4, or 6 weeks).
After building your first order, all subsequent orders will charge to your payment method on a Tuesday @ 12:01am the week of your delivery.
Your delivery will be made by Thursday or Friday that follows.
This ensures you receive the freshest available product for any given week.
Building a subscription
You have many options to do this.
The easiest is to build a fully customizable box.
Using the one-page layout, you can add any product to your box. At the final step of building your box, you can add it to your cart as a subscription or a one-time purchase.

Alternatively, simply navigate to any individual product page, and look for the different purchase options above the "add to cart" button! Do this for all products you want to subscribe to!
Modifying your subscription
Using your online customer portal you can make changes to your subscription like:
- Swapping products
- Skipping deliveries
- Adding one-time products to your next order
- Updating payment and shipping info
You will receive an email and/or text message reminder a few days before your upcoming subscription order!
What if I'm not home for delivery?
No worries!
All subscription orders are delivered in our insulated box!
Regardless of the "shipping options" at the checkout screen, we will be sure to deliver your subscription with plenty of cold packs and insulation to keep your order in perfect condition.
You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is fulfilled.
