Cooking tips

If frozen, thaw slowly, like overnight in the refrigerator.

The New York Strip offers a nice balance between firmness and fat content. Giving you a flavorful bite that is leaner than a Ribeye or Filet Mignon.

Season lightly, use a very hot pan (like a cast iron skillet) and sear each side for about 2-3 minutes.
