Cooking tips

Keep frozen, or consume within 5 days of delivery!

Ibérico Presa is highly praised in Spain for the high marbling and insanely tender bite it gives. This gives it many options for cooking and makes it very difficult to screw up!

The best method for this cut is on a cast iron skillet on high heat. Butterfly the Presa into two thin filets and sear on high heat for 3 minutes on each side to get a nice crispy exterior and a juicy interior.

You can also try it on the Grill or in the Oven. Cooking to an internal temp of 145°.
