Cooking tips

If frozen, thaw slowly, like overnight in the refrigerator.

The Ribeye Steak boasts full flavor from the high fat content. Coming from the ribs of the animal, the Ribeye gives a firmer bite when compared to filet mignon.

Season lightly, use a very hot pan (like a cast iron skillet) and sear each side for about 2-3 minutes.
