Cooking tips

🥘 Oven / Smoker (Low & Slow)

Preheat to 275°F.

Season and wrap in foil.

Cook for 1.25–1.5 hours.

Uncover, add sauce, and finish under the broiler or on the grill for 5–10 minutes.

🔥 Grill (Medium Heat, Indirect)

Preheat to 300°F.

Cook over indirect heat for 45–60 minutes.

Sauce in the last 10 minutes.

⏱️ Quick Oven Method

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Bake covered for 45 minutes–1 hour.

Broil with sauce for a few minutes at the end.
