Cooking tips

Keep frozen, or consume within 5 days of delivery!

Thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
Remove from packaging and place skin-side down in a hot skillet or oven at 400°F.
Heat for 15–20 minutes or until skin is golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
