A local favorite in Iceland! This fresh water species is a milder, more tender version of Salmon. Kids love it! This thin fillet is great sautéed in a pan, or baked in the oven!

300g (10.6oz) portion in each pack, perfect serving size for 2 people
Raised without antibiotics, GMO's, or added colors
Skin-On fillet, fresh, never frozen from Iceland
 

Cook time: 4 minutes each side on medium heat, or 12 minutes in the oven at 375. A perfect medium-rare finish. Crank up the heat on the skin side, for a crispy finish.

Tasty Arctic Char

Lightly flaky , great flavor fish. Thinner then salmon, cooks fast. I love baking it with coconut aminos, salt, and lemon pepper. Fast and delicious !

Hubby & I absolutely love Arctic Char! Heavenly!

Everything was perfect, packaging was great, no problem with freshness. We ate the char the same day we bought it. It’s such a delicious fish! I enjoy salmon but the char is a cut above.
