Storage

Magnesium flakes are very hygroscopic and will absorb moisture if left opened and will change in to a slippery oil.

Store in a dry place and in sealed packaging.

Benefits

Healthy levels of magnesium in your body help reduce tiredness and fatigue. Regular absorption of magnesium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system.

Recommended use

Bath: Add 1 full bag to a warm bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Add more for a more intensive experience.

Foot bath: Add half of a bag to approximately 5 liters of warm water, enough to cover feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.

When applying this product, you may feel a slight tingling sensation. This can indicate you have low magnesium levels. Unlike epsom and other bath salts, magnesium chloride flakes are quicker absorbed into the body. Regular use of this product will calm the sensation.
