Cooking tips

1 x 0.4oz Poke Mix makes about 1lb of Poke.

Remove dried Ogo (Seaweed) from package and place in a bowl. Cover with water and let stand for 2-3 minutes. Remove Ogo from water and slice 1/2" pieces. Place cut fish into a bowl and sprinkle Ogo over fish.

Add 2 tablespoons sesame oil. Add Chili Salt and mix well.
