I was looking forward to this like Christmas to a kiddo. I portioned it out for my lunches and the first day it was really wet. That’s on me. 2nd day I patted them dry but they still didn’t seem full of flavor. 3rd day I heated them up for a few seconds. Better. But I was hoping I wouldn’t need to heat them up. However delivery was efficient and timely!
Amazing seafood! Fresh and a great way to celebrate special occasions. Snow crab leg meat is absolutely delicious. Product arrived perfectly frozen and in less than 24 hours. Our new “go to” for the freshest seafood and meat.
I ordered this for myself for Mothers Day and it didn’t disappoint. We left it frozen until MD morning then I put in fridge to defrost. When partially thawed I put in a colander over the sink and sprayed it with cold water. Let drain a bit then lay crab legs on clean dry towel with another towel on top then placed in fridge to get cold again for dinner. We served with melted butter, lemon slices, cocktail sauce, Caesar Salad and Texas Toast.

This was the best packaging I ever seen in 50 something years I give Nordic 100 stars just for their packaging alone and the quantity of meat that I got was excellent. I will continue to use Nordic catch services.
Very small… too uniform to provide visual appeal. I realize they are real Crab. They look too much and almost texture. Wise are too much like SURIMI… I know they are not… But they don’t have the visual appearance… I think they’re grossly overpriced based on now, looking at others and several orders I have made. The lobster tails show up covered with ice flakes indicating they have either been defrosted and frozen too many times and they two are grossly overpriced based on other orders I’ve had. I’ve had a couple of orders of live main lobsters, and the value based on price per ounce is no comparison. I do not plan to ever order from you again and I think you Advertising is misleading in the labels on the product. I received indicate they are products of Japan what gives?
The package was well insulated for shipping. The crab leg meat arrived still fully frozen to safely thaw the fridge. The meat is delicious and high quality. I appreciated the enclosures in the package with preparation instructions. I will definitely be a returning customer
