Excellent fish bite snacks. I got a taste for the stuff when I visited Iceland and have been ordering Harðfiskur from different sites for a while. When I saw that the price had gone up on my usual places I stopped here and saw they had the best product for my money and they certainly delivered.
I love these things. I have eaten them several ways so far. They are good straight out of the bag. Usually I add a little salt, lime powder, or spicy mustard. They are better straight from the freezer (less fishy). I have eaten them with eggs, soup, and great with avocado too. There weren't many crumbs, but don't throw those away. They can be added to soups and other dishes too. I buy these in bulk.
These are delicious dipped in olive oil. I'm on a pretty restrictive diet and these allow me to be able to go on long hikes and actually have something to eat! They don't cause histamine issues like regular dried fish/meat and that is a game changer!
I like getting a big shot of protein in such a small bite. 2 trips planned and i cant wait to take some with me. Will be trying with hot sauce and guacamole soon. Makes me want to schedule my visit to Iceland sooner rather than later.

I love your cod chips! They’re amazing! Of course they taste and smell fishy—they’re fish! Which is the whole idea—a real fish snack! I wrote a review on Amazon but inexplicably it wouldn’t post. I kept trying. No luck. I just ordered a 10-pack. Please make more, and new, seafood snacks for humans!

Excellent, snacking food! I am a type two diabetic, who loves to go camping and who loves to eat! And I love these, because they are crunchy and tasty and taste very fresh! I made some Asian inspired nachos! I know it sounds weird, but it was really super good! Also, you can use some like chips and you can put them in beautiful dips! For camping you can make them into all types of soups, and again, just snack on them on the trail. And they last a really long time in the package! Plus they are ultra lightweight and you can consolidate a whole bunch in a Ziploc bag and it weighs nothing and you’ve got days and days and days of protein! I highly recommend!
Item had a pretty good taste. Were not as crispy as I expected but it was okay. The packaging was good. After using the product I was pleased with the results protein wise that I shared it with my family and friends.
This was such an incredible snack! I was sad that I only bought one bag but I am back to get more! What a surprise this was for me and such the perfect snack. I didn’t find it super fishy and I really loved the texture. It was filling and gave me the protein burst that I needed when I didn’t feel like eating a heavy meal. Keep in mind that I love to broil up the skin off my salmon to get a crunchy delight - I am not opposed to a fish snack. Thus, I love having a “fish jerky” that felt like eating chips. I haven’t tried with any sauce it butter yet. Those looking for a chewy “jerky” - this is not that. It’s like eating dehydrated fruits or vegetables but with a more dense texture (and fish taste!) My new favorite snack! YUMMY!
