What is covered?

  • Packages lost in transit
  • Packages damaged during shipping
  • Significant delivery delays that result in spoilage or non-delivery

What is NOT covered?

  • Delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Delays caused by customs, inspections, or government actions
  • Damage resulting from improper storage after delivery
  • Claims submitted outside the required claim window

Shipping Carrier Order Protection

This fee provides insurance coverage for your order while it is in transit, including protection against loss, damage, theft, or significant delivery delays.

The fee collected is paid to a 3rd party and used to fund shipping insurance coverage and related claim support. It is not a product sold by Nordic Catch and is not a retail markup on your order.
