    Excellent Quality

We frequently order from Nordic Catch, usually salmon, but this time decided to try the Steelhead Trout. Wow! Super fresh, incredible flavor and we will definitely be adding this to the rotation!

    Fabulous Trout

My first time buying trout from you and it was fabulous. We found it meaty and flavorful. I poached it in white wine, mushrooms, and onions, and served it with a béchamel sauce. I topped the sauce with Jarlsburg cheese and put it in a hot oven for a few minutes, What a meal!!! (If I do say so myself, and I usually am bored with my own cooking. )

Fresh fish that’s less forgiving than salmon if overcooked

We received a long and thin filet (fish was folded and tucked behind). Taste was good but be aware that this fish cooks quickly and is far less forgiving than salmon if you leave it on the stove too long.
